POLICIES

Deposit/Payment

            A $75.00 deposit for the Premium Package is required at the time of reservation.  The Economy and Super Saver require a $200 deposit at the time of reservation.  The remaining balance will be due prior to checking out on the last day of your stay.    We accept cash, checks and  credit cards (including Mastercard, Discover, and Visa).  There will be a $30.00 fee charged for all returned checks.  If paying by check, please mail to:

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Premium Package Guests may reschedule their weekend (limit of one rescheduling) without penalty if done so within one month of stay.  Also, guests may transfer their stay to a friend without penalty at any time.  In the event of cancellation, the following policy will be applied.  Cancel 60 days or less, prior to your stay and you are eligible for a full refund minus the deposit.   For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your stay, the entire amount paid will be non-refundable.

Economy and Super Saver weekends require a $200 non-refundable deposit however, weekends may be rescheduled with at least 30 days notice.  Limit of one reschedule per reserved weekend.

Severe Weather Policy

            In the event of severe weather that prevents the guest from attending or completing a scheduled weekend stay, the guest may reschedule their weekend to a different weekend based on availability.  The Creative Hideaway will not issue refunds for weekends cancelled due to weather conditions.

Group Policy

            Reservations for groups of six or more will receive a $10 discount per person and a reservation for groups of ten or more will receive a $25 discount per person.  In the event a group of ten or more drops below ten but at least six, the discount will be $10 discount per person.  If a group of six, drops below six the cost will be the normal published rate.  These discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.

Privacy Policy

            The Creative Hideaway respects your privacy.  We do not sell, rent, loan or transfer and personal information regarding our guests to any third parties.  Any information you trust us with is handled with the utmost security.

General

The Creative Hideaway is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages allowed on the facility grounds.
